Rwanda One UN Fund

Overview
Rwanda One UN Fund

The One UN pilot in Rwanda was launched to enable the delivery of more effective and coherent development responses that could meet the needs of the national government and its partners, as well as those central to every initiative: the people of Rwanda.

In line with Delivering as One standard operating procedures, One UN Fund action was aligned with national and SDG targets, and a coherent approach was taken for responding to the humanitarian One UN agenda. Across the board, SDG policy gap analyses were undertaken to inform the government and other national stakeholders ways of incorporating SDG goals and targets into national and local strategies, polices and development plans.
