JP Georgia Human Rights for All Phase 2

OverviewHuman Rights for All Joint Programme in Georgia

The Human Rights for All Joint Programme was established to raise human rights protections in Georgia, ensuring rights are compliant with national priorities, the constitution and major policy documents, as well as other international obligations like the European Union-Georgia Association Agreement, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and multiple UN human rights treaties.

Stakeholders support the implementation and monitoring of national human rights policies and related frameworks, and collaborative action sets out to improve independent investigation instruments, evaluate measures designed to combat torture, advance personal data protection laws, and address challenges to human rights for everyone—focusing on minority groups, people from the LGBTQIA+ community, and those living with disabilities.
